As they walked towards Mithila, they saw a deserted hermitage with a single large stone. Vishwamitra narrated the story of Ahalya, who had been turned into a stone by her husband's curse. She was waiting for the touch of the Lord's feet for thousands of years.

As soon as the dust from Ram's lotus feet touched the rock, it transformed back into the beautiful and radiant Ahalya. She offered heartfelt prayers to Ram, acknowledging Him as the Supreme Savior. This event signifies that no matter how hard or cold a heart becomes, the grace of the Lord can revive it and grant liberation.
